I am a very versatile individual! I partake in yoga, swimming and biking! I also assisted my yoga teacher with a couple of her classes, with posture adaptation. I enjoy listening to different music genres such as the 60's, 70's, 90's, classical and of course mainstream! I am someone who enjoys the outdoors, and so I believe that taking a 30 minute walk everyday is essential and beneficial to our well-being! Relaxation activities such as mediation are also exercises that I enjoy; as it helps maintain a healthy balance and reduces our everyday stress levels!
